Here is a look at what is happening this week in Tiger Athletics.

Today it was the JV's turn to take the court at The First Dig tournament in Fremont. Here are a couple pictures from the early action. They started out 2-0 beating Frankfort and Tri County.
The Tigers ended up 2-1 in pool play placing second in their pool which advanced them into the bracket. They then lost to Sparta in semi-finals 20-25, 25-22, 11-15. Another great day of volleyball for the Tigers.

The Varsity Volleyball team had a successful day at the First Dig tournament in Fremont. The Tigers ended the day 5-1 falling short in the championship game to host Fremont 20-25 and 20-25. The Tigers will have their home opener on Tuesday as they play host to CSAA rival Tri County.

Today the JV and Varsity Soccer teams traveled south to Comstock Park and came away with two wins. In the JV game a number of Tigers clawed into the scoring column including Maddux Page (3), Aiden Mansfield (2), Keegan Crouch, Blake VanTreese, Elijah Gort, and Ayden Clark (1 each) making the final score 9-1.
In game two it was a defensive battle as both teams were held scoreless until the 10 minute mark in the second half. That is when Maddux Page score a goal off a shot from Aiden Mansfield. The Tigers came away with a 1-0 win improving their record to 4-0. Both teams have a well deserved couple days off and will be back in action next week.
