Learn ways to identify and challenge negative or unhelpful thoughts
Practice coping skills to manage stress, anxiety, and strong emotions
Build problem-solving and resilience skills
Develop healthy habits for improving mood and daily functioning
How does the group work?

Includes discussions, activities, and real-life practice of skills
What are the benefits?
Students often:
Feel more confident managing stress and anxiety
Improve focus and participation in school
Build positive coping strategies they can use at home and in life
How can parents support?

Ask your child what skills they are learning
Reinforce coping strategies at home (deep breathing, positive thinking, problem-solving)

Grant Middle School Talent Show!
Clara Sweers worked with Reggie and performed in our talent show. Here is a video we wanted to share with you!
Reggie is just one year old, and believe it or not, he had never even seen the tunnel before Clara started working with him. That’s where their journey began. Over the past several months, Clara has dedicated her time and energy to training Reggie—not just after school, but also during lunch and recess.
Through patience, consistency, and a lot of hard work, Clara has helped Reggie grow in confidence, learn new skills, and become the amazing dog you see today. This didn’t happen overnight—it took commitment, teamwork, and a strong bond between them.
Clara’s dedication is something we can all learn from. She saw potential, put in the effort, and didn’t give up—and now we get to celebrate the results.
