Why Dual Immersion?

Dual immersion programs, also known as two-way immersion or bilingual immersion programs, offer numerous benefits to students, their families, and society as a whole. Spanish Immersion at Grant Public Schools is a two-way dual immersion program: 50% Spanish, 50% English.

  • K-2: Reading and Writing in Spanish

  • K-2: Math, Science and Social Studies in English

  • 3-4: Reading and Writing in English

  • 3-4: Math, Science and Social Studies in Spanish

  • 5-6: Spanish Language Arts
