"Grant Tiger Educational Foundation" has a great ring to it, doesn't it?
The idea has been launched and now all it needs is a group of individuals willing and excited to take it to the next level.
An education foundation is such a wonderful asset for a district. It directly benefits the students by supporting and enhancing the educational opportunities and resources of the school district by:
1. Providing funding for programs not covered by the school budget
2. Supporting students and teachers through innovative grants and scholarships
3. Encouraging community involvement
4. Promoting equity by helping ensure all students have access to high-quality learning resources
If anyone is interested in being part of or willing to take the lead in forming this foundation, please reach out to me. I would like to hold a meeting with anyone who is interested, excited and willing to be involved to discuss the process and next steps.
