After-School Programs

Grant’s after-school program, operating at Grant Primary Center, Grant Elementary School, and Grant Middle School, runs throughout the school year.

Program Hours

Monday–Thursday, 2:05–5:00 p.m. You are to pick up your child or a bus will bring them home if they live in the Grant school district.

Friday Kids Club, 2:05–5:00 p.m. There is no transportation provided on Friday.

Program Activities

We have designed our after-school program to provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere for children during the hours immediately after school. Children will benefit from the following and more:

• Academic support 
  • Tutoring 
  • Homework help 
• Enrichment activities 
• Field trips 
• Supervised recreational activities 
• Positive social interaction with peers 
• Family activities

Here are a few more things you’ll want to know about our program. 

Cost
After school program is $40 per student/per semester.
Kids Club is $50 per student/per semester.

Snack
We provide a daily snack. 

Transportation
When this program ends, children may attend the Kids Club, ride the bus home, be picked up by a parent, or walk home. (You are to pick up your child or a bus will bring them home if they live in the Grant school district.) 

Inclement Weather
When school is dismissed early due to inclement weather, we will not hold our after-school program.
