The Grant Public Schools Finance Office is responsible for all district financial activities as well as maintaining fiscal integrity for the district.  Functions include:

Budgeting    Payroll
Benefits/Employee Insurance   Accounts Payable/Receivable
Financial Statements   Grants Administration
Purchasing   Cash Flow
Property/Casualty Insurance   Banking Relations
Investments   Fixed Assets
State/Federal Financial Reporting    

The Finance Office administers the General Fund, Athletic Fund, Food Service Fund, Student Activities Fund, Building & Site Fund, Debt Funds and Bond Funds.  District financial records are audited annually, as required by law, by an independent accounting firm.  Published audit reports are provided to all state and federal agencies.
