Teacher Technology Survey

I would like to get your input for technology needs for the future. This survey will give the Technology Committee an idea as to what your thoughts might be for enhancing technology in your classroom. This information will help us in deciding technology for next year.

Please the select your choices 1 being your first choice and 6 being your last choice

          Building

Interactive whiteboard --An interactive whiteboard is a large interactive display that connects to a computer and projector. A projector projects
the computer’s desktop onto the board’s surface, where users control the computer using a pen, finger or other device.
The board is typically mounted to a wall or on a floor stand.

Overhead Document Camera's --Document Cameras or Digital overheads but most commonly referred to as
docucams are real-time document scanning devices used in education to simulate overhead projectors. They are in essence, high resolution
web cams, mounted on arms so as to facilitate their placement over a page. This allows a teacher to write on a non-transparent sheet of
             paper while the class observes.

Mobil Computer Labs --The labs feature a cart that securely stores, charges, and transports between 16 to 32 laptops simultaneously

Classroom Projectors --The projector will be mounted in the classroom and be able to project from your computer.

Student Response/voting System ("clickers") -- In clicker systems, each student uses a device
(a "clicker") that looks like a TV remote
to answer questions posed by the instructor in a specially-designed PowerPoint presentation.
Summaries of student responses can be shown in real time to both instructors and students. Answers are also stored electronically for later viewing

Audio Amplification System --The audio amplification system would enhance the instructors voice through the classroom speaker.
