This is where all the instructions for your student email account are located. Along the left edge of this page will be all of the instructions that you need to get started using your student email account.

Your email will give you access to Microsoft Office 2010 and your own 25 gigabytes of storage for files and documents. This allows you to save your homework onto the online storage that the school provides with your email address and allows you to share your documents with your teacher (it will send them an email if you share it with them so they can view it) or you can print it off here at school after completing it at home.

As long as you save your document to the online storage you have from your email address here at school, you won't have to worry about forgetting your homework! If you need any help with your assignment, sharing it with your teacher will let them take a look at what you have done so far, so they can help you.

You can also put assignments into your Calendar and set it to pop up with a reminder within a certain amount of time of the due date to allow you to organize your assignments.

Your student email account is accessible anywhere that you have Internet access, even from home.

Note: This email account will only allow you to send emails to other students or teachers, it is a closed campus email system so you cannot send emails to people outside the email system unless approved by parents and the request has been sent to John Williams to allow access to the email addresses of parents.
