In dancing you get exercise because you move a lot. It also tones your
muscles. You learn a lot of moves. You learn how to move your feet
fast. Sometimes you use hand
and eye coordination. You use eye coordination watching someone during
a cool move and you want to learn it. You use hand coordination when
you break dance or when you’re dancing duragense, or reggaeton.
There are a lot of movies that deal with dancing like “You Got Served”,
“Take the Lead”, “Step Up”, “Dirty Dancing”, “Bounce”, and “A.T.L.”.
There are a lot of types of dancing like Salsa, Medegee, Dudagense,
Kumbia, Reggaton, Guapango, Jarabe, and romantic dances. There are
certain moves you have to do but on some of then you can make up your
own moves. When you’re dancing, your feet are the parts of your body
that gets the most exercise, but in some dances your arms get some
exercise.
