Submittal of this form only establishes priority for the date(s) requested, it does not constitute a confirmed reservation.  An agent of the Grant Public School Fine Arts Center will call the organization's contact person to begin the process of completing a Licensing Agreement.  Dates are only confirmed upon filing of the completed Licensing Agreement and payment of a non-refundable deposit.  Questions?  Please call the Fine Arts Director, Valerie Sweers, at (231) 834-2907.  Please note that priority for dates can ONLY be done through this web page.  If you have a certain date in mind, it is advisable to complete the above to the best of your ability, submit this form and THEN call with any questions!
