Honey-Baked Chicken

1 piece chicken, skinned

2 tsp. Honey

1/4 teaspoon curry powder

  1. Place the chicken in a nonstick baking pan or a pan that has been treated with cooking spray or lined with foil.
  2. Spoon on the honey, coating the chicken with a thin layer.
  3. Sprinkle with curry powder.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
