Broiled fish Dijon

1 pound fish fillets

1 to 2 tablespoons lite mayonnaise

1 to 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  1. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard, and then spread the mixture on top of the fish.
  2. Broil the fish 4" to 6" from the heat source for about 5 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
