The Grant Public School curriculum aligns with the Michigan Curriculum
Framework in the core areas of Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social
Studies. In addition, we have strong programs in Fine Arts, Foreign
Languages, Physical Education and Technology as part of our Vocational and
College Preparation program..
Support services for at-risk students as well as enrichment for gifted and
talented students are integral parts of the entire education al
program.
Instruction is based upon research and best practice. Higher order
thinking skills, inquiry, cooperative learning and teaming are just a few of the
many styles and techniques used to help all students learn.
Staff development and training focuses on student achievement and maintaining
a safe and healthy school environment.
